Despite a promising start with high app downloads, VacAI a vacation app owned by WAGA, a high player in the hospitality industry, encountered a sharp decline in sales and customer satisfaction leading to its failed launch and necessitating a transformative solution. As the project manager, I led a multidisciplinary team through every phase of the project, from inception to implementation, to address the challenges stemming from its failed launch. Through the utilization of innovative approaches and cutting-edge technology in the creation of a user-centric app interface, captivating landing page, and compelling value proposition, the project sought to reposition VacAI as the ultimate solution for luxury travel experiences. Through meticulous analysis of user feedback, market trends, and competitor landscapes, root causes of the underlying problem of the platform's setbacks were identified.
Armed with insights, I spearheaded strategic initiatives to enhance user trust, engagement, and satisfaction. By leveraging innovative approaches, personalized solutions, and targeted marketing strategies, I endeavored to redefine luxury travel experiences and position VacAI as the epitome of convenience, luxury, and personalized service.
